Join us for a talk by Dr. Jeevan Prasai, who is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology and has authored several Nepal books focusing on human health (Jeevan Jiune Kaida, Sadhai Tanneri, Waripari Nai Sarbopari, Dherai ko Dhapedi). Dr. Prasain will start this talk by briefly introducing phytonutrients, their intake, metabolism and effects on health maintenance and illness prevention, followed by the discussion on his Nepali book.
